Empowering adolescent girls and young women

The Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Program aims to empower adolescent girls and young women with the rightful and comprehensive information that helps them to make informed choices on sexual health. The program helps adolescent girls build self-confidence, resilience skills, and agency to effect change in their lives and communities. Thus CAHESH provides a platform for credible sources of information.

The program also offers inclusive programming where girls and young women with disabilities are included in the programs so that no one is left behind. CAHESH believes that, investing in sexual and reproductive health for youth with disabilities is one of the most effective ways of promoting equitable and sustainable development, as well as leaving no one behind
